Au centre : 
Constantin Le Grand et sa mère Sainte Hélène en prière au pied du Christ en croix.
Marie et Saint-Jean encadrent la composition. Au dessus de la croix, la Lune le Soleil 
et les archanges Gabriel et Michel.
Des inscriptions grecques gravées donnent les noms de chaque personnage.
Sur les volets :
Bustes de dix Saints nimbés dans des médaillons ronds reliés entre eux par de fins
ornements entrecroisés, avec leur noms gravés en grec.

Ensemble bien solide, exempt de fissure. On notera une usure d'âge avec quelques faiblesses de relief
notamment au niveau de certains visages des Saints, au bas des jambes du Christ ainsi que des éclats au plâtre.
