Dal XVII secolo la famiglia Giusti cura il suo Aceto Balsamico, tramandando una ricetta che si traduce in complesse armonie di gusto e in prodotti d’eccellenza apprezzati in tutto il mondo. 
Cinque bottiglie formato "Champagnotta" da 250 ml. di pregiatissimo ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP, confezionate nel proprio elegante  astuccio.

1 BOTTIGLIA "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Caratterizzato da un ricco profumo e da una buona e rotonda acidità balsamica, il “Medaglia d’Argento” rappresenta un prodotto fortemente aromatico, capace di esaltare con la sua intensità il sapore dei piatti a cui viene aggiunto. Da utilizzare sia a crudo che in cottura. 
Ingredienti: Mosto di uve cotto, aceto di vino invecchiato. 
Invecchiamento: In botti di rovere francese del 1900 con aggiunta di aceto balsamico già invecchiato prelevato da batterie di botti secolari. 

1 BOTTIGLIA "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
Storico prodotto dell’Acetaia Giusti, “il Classico” è un balsamico di grande versatilità, sia per l’uso in cottura che direttamente a crudo. Di buona densità e ottimo equilibrio agro-dolce, si caratterizza per sentori di frutta matura e note di liquirizia e pepe nero. 
Ingredienti: Mosto di uve cotto, aceto di vino invecchiato. 
Invecchiamento: In barriques, con aggiunta di aceto balsamico già invecchiato prelevato da batterie di botti secolari. 

1 BOTTIGLIA "TRE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - RICCARDO GIUSTI" DA 250 ML.
Dedicato all’avo che ne inventò la ricetta a inizio Novecento, nasce da mosti di uve mature e passite. Aromi di confetture di prugne e frutta rossa si intrecciano a sentori di miele e vaniglia in questo balsamico di grande densità e dolcezza, perfetto per condire a crudo i più diversi tipi di preparazioni, dal dolce al salato. 
Ingredienti: Mosto cotto di uve tardive appassite su graticci; aceto di vino invecchiato. 
Invecchiamento: In barriques, con aggiunta di aceto balsamico già invecchiato prelevato da batterie di botti secolari. 

1 BOTTIGLIA "QUATTRO MEDAGLIE D'ORO - QUARTO CENTENARIO" DA 250 ML.
Nato per celebrare i 400 anni della famiglia Giusti, il “Quarto Centenario” è un balsamico estremamente corposo, ricco di aromi e profumi di frutta matura accompagnati a note di tabacco, caffè tostato e sentori di legno che derivano dal lungo invecchiamento. 
Ingredienti: Mosto di uva cotto, aceto di vino invecchiato. 
Invecchiamento: In batterie di antiche botticelle risalenti al 1800-1900. Prelievo di una limitata quantità una sola volta l’anno. 

1 BOTTIGLIA "CINQUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - BANDA ROSSA" DA 250 ML.
Orgoglio dell’arte acetiera Giusti, il “Banda Rossa” rappresentava il regalo personale dello zio Giuseppe agli attuali membri della famiglia. Di grande corpo e spessore, si distingue per una inconfondibile complessità e ricchezza aromatica. Si distinguono tra le altre, note di prugne, ciliegie nere ed una dolce speziatura infusa dagli antichissimi legni nei quali ha soggiornato, che persiste a lungo dopo l’assaggio. 
Ingredienti: Mosto di uva cotto, aceto di vino invecchiato. 
Invecchiamento: In batterie di antiche botticelle risalenti al 1700-1800. Prelievo di una limitata quantità una sola volta l’anno.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
