Albarello dalla forma cilindrica rastremata al centro con bocca ampia e orlo arrotondato; il collo è breve, la spalla notevolmente angolata. Sul fronte, entro una cornice di forma ovale baccellata, il busto di profilo di una giovane dama vestita secondo la foggia rinascimentale e, ai lati, le iniziali del nome: “L” e “P”. Da ciò si evince che il vaso ha un carattere “amatorio” ed è stato commissionato da un giovane per la fidanzata. Al retro, su sfondo bleu, il decoro si sviluppa a fasce gialle entro le quali sono state tracciate in color bruno delle linee ondulate e dei motivi geometrici. In posizione centrale è stata dipinta la luna piena con l’aspetto di un volto umano.
Altezza cm. 21; bordo superiore cm. 10,8; diametro spalla cm. 12,5. L’incrinatura a metà circa del corpo, le sbeccature e le cadute di smalto non inficiano la bellezza e il valore storico del manufatto. Le foto fanno fede dello stato di conservazione dell’oggetto.
