Description from the seller
Super Mario Bros. (1987/88, Nintendo/Mattel)
The classic that defined the 2D platformer: dressed as Mario (and playing alternately as Luigi in multiplayer), you will have to traverse eight Kingdoms of the Mushroom Kingdom to save Princess Peach from the evil Bowser. Jumps, power-ups (Mushroom, Fire Flower, Star), and secrets hidden in the pipes are the heart of the gameplay.
2. Airwolf (1990, Acclaim)
From the popular TV series, take the controls of the stealth helicopter "Airwolf" to carry out military missions: engage enemy aircraft, destroy bases, and rescue hostages. It offers good graphics for the era and a mix of action and exploration across multiple screens.
3. Ice Hockey (1988, Nintendo/Mattel)
Simple but fun ice hockey simulation. You can choose teams made up of 3 players each (two players on the ice + goalkeeper) and customize shot speed and strength. Friendly mode and knockout tournament.
Wizards & Warriors (1987/88, Acclaim)
As Sir Kuros, explore castles, forests, and dungeons to save Princess Pop – captured by the wizard Malkil. A side-scrolling platform action game with weapon upgrades and various final bosses. Appreciated for its high difficulty and fantasy atmosphere.
5. Mission: Impossible (1990, Palcom Software)
Inspired by the 1960s TV series: you control a team of secret agents with different skills (e.g., disguise, strength, dexterity) to infiltrate enemy bases, recover top-secret documents, and thwart evil plans. Gameplay that combines exploration, puzzles, and combat.
6. Gradius (1987/88, Konami)
Legendary shooter where you pilot the spaceship Vic Viper against hordes of mechanized enemies. "Library" upgrade system: by collecting capsules, you choose which weapons, shields, or options to add. selectable difficulty and excellent soundtrack.
The Goonies II (1988, Konami)
Following the famous title, it resumes the adventures of the Goonies in a mix of non-linear exploration (connected maps), puzzles, fights, and mini-games (logs to lift, shields to throw). Numerous alternate endings and many hidden secrets.
8. Double Dribble (1987/88, Konami)
One of the first basketball games on console: smooth player animations, statistics for points, rebounds, and fouls. It offers both friendly matches and tournaments, with a change of view between offense and defense. Simple but straightforward in capturing the essence of the game.
