It has a vertical handle and a spout decorated with a relief depicting a face (maskaron).
The main body is richly decorated with intricate, floral motifs, and in the central medallion, there is a figural scene in relief.
Vessels of this type were popular in Europe, especially in German-speaking regions, and were used for storing and serving liquids such as wine or beer.
