Description from the seller

There is furniture and there is furniture art.
This piece belongs to the latter group.
Around 1650.

Dutch pilaster cabinet, this is a classic model, pure Renaissance,
very richly executed as such a cabinet should be.
And no matter how rich and carefully it is made, the whole remains harmonious.
Beautiful inlay work and here and there decorated with small pieces of ebony.
These cabinets always have a base cabinet and a top cabinet that sits loose on top.

The sides have elegant panels and mouldings with refined profiles.
Under two drawers. The cabinet stands on ball feet.
The locks from the 17th century were replaced in the 18th century.
The back legs have both been restored.

Transport:
In the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, we transport the furniture in packing blankets and bring it inside.
The other countries on a wooden pallet in sturdy cardboard and splash-water resistant film up to the door.
For islands we charge a higher rate; delivery is to the door, please help as the driver is alone, the driver may not come inside or up the stairs.
The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
