AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Tremendous piece of art.

In this delightfully whimsical diptych, two colorful figures embark on a fanciful journey, each perched atop their fantastical steed. The artist employs a bold palette of reds, blues, and yellows against a soft, pastel sky, creating a vivid contrast that draws the viewer into this surreal world. One can almost feel the mischievous spirit of these characters, whose elongated noses and playful, exaggerated gestures echo the charm of folk tales and carnival exuberance. The rich tapestry of colors and intricate patterns on their costumes suggest a harmonious blend of cubist abstraction and naive art influences. In the background, the serene presence of windmills adds a touch of pastoral tranquility, grounding the whimsical escapade in an elegant balance of imagination and reality. This piece invites us to embrace adventure with a twinkle in the eye and a touch of nostalgia.

Artur Płachta - a cracovian painter, sculptor and graphic designer born in 1971. A diploma in sculpture clearly influenced his painting style. For many years he managed a professional art studio in Kraków. Winner of many painting reviews and awards from the Museum of Contemporary Art in Warsaw and the prestigious magazine Exit. He took part in many exhibitions in Germany, Austria, France and Romania.
Hundreds of paintings and sculptures are in collections all over the world, including USA, New Zealand and even Afghanistan also in all European countries. Currently inspired by ceramic art in a funny way trying to tell about human passions. Behind the fairy-tale decorations are hidden the deepest human passions and desires. Canvas stretched on wooden frame. Colors of the painting may slightly differ from photos due to screen settings.
Comes with a certificate of authenticity. Will be carefully packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. Shipping with tracking number.
