The Akai 4000DB is a vintage reel-to-reel tape recorder produced between 1975 and 1979. It features a 4-track, 2-channel stereo/monaural system and supports reel sizes up to 7 inches. The device operates at tape speeds of 3¾ and 7½ inches per second (ips), offering a frequency response ranging from 30Hz to 24kHz at the higher speed. The signal-to-noise ratio is approximately 70dB, and total harmonic distortion is around 1%
There are 2 akai reels showed on the pictures, but these reels are not including the auction. Its just for display, and the lot is only the akai 4000db tape recorder without reels.
