About the Work
Cinderella is a surreal narrative painting where fantasy and reality collide. A sun-drenched Mediterranean alley becomes a stage for unexpected characters—big cats striding confidently through the passageway, parrots sweeping overhead, and a woman glancing back as she walks barefoot, heels abandoned behind her.
Layered with acrylics, pastels, and pencil, the piece blends dreamlike storytelling with bold colour and expressive texture, creating a cinematic sense of movement and mystery.
