VINIFICATION
CRUZ Decanter Colheita 2011 comes from a single harvest and is slowly aged in oak casks.
TASTING NOTES
Colour ranging from amber red to golden. Notes of honey, candied fruit, vanilla and caramelised dried fruit. Crisp, balanced and sweet.
SERVING
Its rounded, crisp, sweet and aromatic structure is perfectly paired with eggs, dried fruit desserts and mild cheeses. It should be served between 16ºC and 18ºC. Consume in moderation.

It was in Vila Nova de Gaia on the banks of the Douro River that GRAN CRUZ House was established, taking over from Assumpçao E Fos founded in 1887.
