Bear 095-4 is an original mixed-media print by Dutch artist Michiel Folkers (1982), hand-signed and uniquely numbered 095-4, fourth print in a limited edition of ten, on 350 g paper in black, measuring 76 x 56 cm, dated 2025.
Description from the seller
This bear symbolizes eternal life. The teddy bears used for this work are all second-hand or fished out of a trash can and thus immortalized. The bear is not only distributed worldwide to collectors and galleries, but is also spread in various ways on the street (see photos).
An original print of a teddy bear made with a second-hand teddy bear. The bear is dipped in Indonesian ink and printed on high-quality, 250-gram acid-free paper. A personal embossing, signature, and unique numbering are present on the front.
Technique: Unique print on 350 grams paper
Including: Artist Certificate of Authenticity
Worldwide delivery / Shipping within 48 hours in a tube. The work is shipped without a frame.

Michiel Folkers, aka Gieler (1982), started with graffiti in Amsterdam in the late nineties. Years later, he swapped the street walls for canvas in his studio. Much of his work still vividly reflects or evokes the feeling of the streets. Currently, his work is traveling around the world, exhibiting in galleries from Zurich to New York. His work has become especially popular in America in recent years, and it hangs in the homes of several 'famous people'.
