Rare original buggy of Meyers Manx in a great cosmetic and working condition. Freshly imported from the USA, the vehicle has driven 820miles since its restoration.

The vehicle comes with all its American papers and has been custom cleared for Europe, the taxes are paid and so it can be registered in Europe. It is a original model of Meyers Manx, a famous builder in California which has been produced in 1966 (identification number:) (116 564 867 on the US papers, corresponding to a 1966 model). Meyers Manx buggies are the best of the best as buggies for dune racing, there are often copies and rarely so well made. The tachometer shows 820 miles since its restoration, the vehicle runs with unleaded gasoline and presents an elegant scaraab green livery with a black interior.
The engine is an original Volkswagen, flat 4-cylinder 1.6 L. All fluids full have just been renewed . At the time of the restoration, a more recent block ( type 1 USA engine between 1972 to 1974) has been mounted that runs with unleaded and works perfectly. The mechanics are in very good condition and clean, the car runs fine, including all electricity. Many parts are new: shaft protective caps, air filter, belt of alternator. The owner says there are no leaks. 
Polyester hull in very good condition, no crack, and very important: the vehicle does not have rust on the underside. Paint is in good condition and some light wear. Inside in good condition, clean with seats in black leather, a recent soft top in top condition, and everything works, headlight, indicators etc... The vehicle is equipped with flange wheels with good tyres, and especially great exhaust lines. 

The vehicle can be viewed and picked up in the Department of  Gironde in France, and hits the road without problem.
