The design reflects the period of Bach and Handel, when bow makers transitioned from clip-in frogs to early screw mechanisms. Its elegant curvature and proportions enable the light, articulate phrasing characteristic of Baroque violin repertoire.

Fashioned from select pernambuco-type hardwood with a hand-carved open Baroque frog and a turned ebony button. The stick exhibits a warm reddish-brown patina with a smooth, polished surface. The hair ribbon is clean, evenly tensioned, and ready for immediate use.

This bow provides quick response, excellent clarity, and natural bounce. It produces a clear, transparent tone ideal for early violin works, offering balance between delicacy and projection.
