This is the computer unit only, complete and fully functional, but without the original Apple speakers. The Power Mac G4 Cube was introduced in 2000 and is widely regarded as one of Apple’s most daring and visionary designs. The computer appears to “float” inside a clear acrylic cube enclosure, a design created under the direction of Jony Ive, and is now considered a true design classic. Despite its compact size, the G4 Cube was a powerful machine for its time, featuring a PowerPC G4 processor, fanless convection cooling, and high-end components in a minimalist form factor. The Cube is famous for its silent operation, achieved through a completely fanless design, something that was highly unusual at the time. It is also part of Apple history as a commercial failure but a design triumph, which makes it especially desirable for collectors today.
