Raadvad is a manufacturing complex founded in 1765 by Nicolaj Jacob Jessen, located on both sides of the Mølleåen on the border between Lyngby and Rudersdahl north of Copenhagen.
In 1994, Fiskars took over Raadvad. Since then, the crown has disappeared from the logo. Since 2015, all Raadvad products have been under the name Fiskars.
