ELENA PARASKEVA werd door vier verschillende, vooraanstaande internationale fotografische genootschappen uitgeroepen tot FOTOGRAAF VAN HET JAAR (2024/2023/2021/2018).
Zij is alumnus van HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS, enzovoort.
Zij toonde haar werk in prestigieuze galeries en tijdens Biënnales in NYC, Parijs, Tokio, Londen, DUBAI, Wenen, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Maleisië), Florence, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanje), Linz (Oostenrijk), Graz (Oostenrijk), Siena (Italië), enzovoort.

Ze exposeerde zelfs bij het EUROPEES PARLEMENT in Brussel en haar werk werd als een billboard getoond op TIMES SQUARE, NYC. Onder de publieke instellingen die haar werk in bezit hebben is het Boston Children’s Hospital in de VS, dat een installatie van 500 cm van haar werk bij de ingang van de kinderoncologie heeft.

Elena Paraskeva werd door Saatchi Art gekozen als een van de "Artists To Watch". De voorzitter van IAA, een van de grootste kunstorganisaties, noemde haar "een van de grootste talenten in de fotografie-industrie". De curator van het Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schreef dat "ze een indrukwekkend portfolio heeft en grote expertise in fotografie". Adobe, de makers van Photoshop, prezen haar werk als "indrukwekkende conceptuele beelden", en ScanArt International noemde haar "een meester in surrealistisch en conceptueel vertellen".
Zij is erkend en gepromoot door enkele van de meest gerespecteerde fotografie-instellingen vandaag, zoals THE FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS, HASSELBLAD, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, DER GREIF, ADOBE, SAATCHI ART, WPPI, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS, enz.

Zij is gepubliceerd op de pagina’s en covers van een groot aantal publicaties, waaronder The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Vogue.it, Lensculture, Photography Masterclass, PDN, enzovoort.
