The set is decorated using the traditional repoussé technique, featuring intricate Balkan/Celtic interlaced knots and heart-shaped motifs around the rim. The bowl also showcases a fine hammertone finish in the center, adding a unique handcrafted texture that reflects light beauty. The plate is marked on the reverse with the maker's mark "AMS BULGARIA". While there are no numerical fineness marks (hallmarks), the metal has been professionally acid-tested by a jeweler and confirmed as solid silver (estimated 800/925 purity, typical for Bulgarian silver of this era).
