The Aging & Finishing • Triple Distilled: Like all Jameson whiskies, it undergoes triple distillation for signature smoothness. • Maturation: The components are aged in a combination of hand-selected Oloroso Sherry butts and American Bourbon barrels. • Marriage: Following the initial aging, the blend is married together and finished in fresh American oak barrels for a final period to add a unique vanilla intensity.
