LEGO 10278 Police Station is an Icons Modular Buildings set released in 2021, containing 2923 pieces and 5 minifigures. It builds a three-story corner police station flanked by a narrow doughnut shop and a small adjoining building with a streetside newsstand. The model follows the 18+ modular format with removable floors and detailed interiors, and the instruction manual includes a timeline of the Modular Buildings series from Café Corner to this set. Designer Chris McVeigh also outlines a light narrative in the manual about a doughnut theft devised by the news vendor and investigated by the station’s officers.
