Because of its refined finish, this rum was often described as the "champagne of rums."
The 10 Cane Rum brand was founded in 2005 by Moët Hennessy. In 2013, production was relocated from Trinidad to Barbados. This bottle, therefore, dates from before 2013.
In 2015, this rum was globally discontinued and withdrawn from the market. It is currently hard to find and therefore considered a rare rum.
The bottle itself is in excellent condition due to years of optimal storage.
