ELENA PARASKEVA is een alumna van Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, enz., en werd door vier internationale fotografische verenigingen uitgeroepen tot FOTOGRAAF VAN HET JAAR (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018).
Zij is sinds 2021 jurylid voor het FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS en treedt jaarlijks op als beoordelaar bij verschillende internationale fotografiewedstrijden. Zij was voormalig Adobe-instructeur en ambassadeur.
Haar werk wordt aangekocht door instituties, waaronder de Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital USA (grote 500cm installatie bij de ingang van de Kinderkankerafdeling), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, enz.
Zij heeft geëxposeerd in het EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT in Brussel, evenals op grote biennales en in galerieën in NYC, Parijs, Tokio, Londen, Dubai, Wenen, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florence, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz en Siena.

BIOGRAPHIE

ELENA PARASKEVA heeft wereldwijde erkenning gekregen op het gebied van fine art fotografie, conceptuele beeldtaal en hedendaagse visuele verhalen.

Zij werd door Saatchi Art geselecteerd als een van de “Artists To Watch”. De voorzitter van de IAA noemde haar “een van de grootste talenten in de fotografiebranche”. De curator van het Florida Museum of Photographic Arts stelde dat ze „een indrukwekkend portfolio en grote expertise in fotografie heeft”. Adobe beschreef haar werk als “indrukwekkend conceptueel beeld” en ScanArt International noemde haar „een meester van surrealistisch en conceptueel verhaalwerk”.
