Zilveren munt uitgegeven tijdens het bewind van tsaar Fernando I, in een context gekenmerkt door de Balkanoorlogen en de bevestiging van de Bulgaarse onafhankelijkheid. Aan de voorzijde staat het baard-gebouwd hoofd van de vorst naar links, met een Cyrillische inscriptie die hem identificeert als “Zar der Bulgaren”. De achterzijde toont de nominale waarde geflankeerd door een elegante kroon van planten, samengesteld uit lauriertakken, palmen en rozen. Zijn toestand van conservering op MS62 maakt het een aantrekkelijk stuk binnen het numismatische repertoire van de Bulgaarse monarchie.
