Wolfburn 2014 - Cask no. 390 for Shinanoya - Bottling No. 2 - b. 2017 - 70cl
Shinanoya is not only a renowned Japanese bottler but also runs a Whisky shop in Tokyo's posh Ginza district that is known throughout Japan. In 2017, the company commissioned Highland distillery Wolfburn to bottle two types of Whisky for the Japanese market. This is the second private bottling, a peated Wolfburn from quarter cask #390, which was distilled in July 2014 and bottled in September 2017 at cask strength. Only 185 bottles were released, this is bottle no 53.
As can be seen in the photos above, the packaging has some minor damage.
