A rare and very good reposado tequila made from organic agaves that are grown for over 9 years before being slowly cooked in traditional ovens.
Fermentation takes place using the company's secret yeast mixture, followed by triple-filtered distillation.
It is aged in very fine oak barrels and bottled in these large, beautiful decanters, which are hand-painted and numbered by local artisans.
