An agate earring, hair ring from the ancient Dong Son Indochinese culture.
First Millennium AD or older .
In good condition. It has been cleaned and repolished , but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving, grinding and boring. Traces of use and age on its surface.
Purchased 1975 in Hanoi/Vietnam by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
