1988 Ford Escort MK4 XR3i in very good conditions. HISTORY This German-produced Ford has French registration documents. The car was owned by a Portuguese living in France, who returned to Portugal in early 2021 and drove the car back with him. Since then the car was stored and is now up for sale. It had 2 owners in its history. French plates are valid. BODYWORK The car is overall very solid, not rusted or rotten. INTERIOR The interior is untouched, however, you can see some signs of its age in the driver's seat. The electric driver's window is not opening, but it's possible to hear the electric engine working. Besides that everything seems to be in working condition. Period correct aftermarket sound system and front fog lights were added. MECHANICS Mechanically everything seems to work fine. Distribution, as well as oil and filter, done 1700km ago (sticker shown in pictures). The French MOT expired in 04/2021 because the car has never returned to France. The car runs and covers any distance effortlessly, however, a refresh service and new tires would be required to bring the car back to its full glory and have it MOT'ed again.
