Otto Boudewijn de Kat (Dordrecht, June 7, 1907 – Laren (North Holland), April 30, 1995) was a Dutch painter, watercolorist, art critic, and professor. De Kat's area of work included the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy. Since 1960, De Kat developed his characteristic style. His peak period was approximately from 1962 to 1975.
