Splendida riproduzione museale di prochoe apula a figure rosse, ispirata ai modelli della ceramica magnogreca dell’Italia meridionale.

L’opera è realizzata secondo le tecniche tradizionali antiche, con cottura in riduzione di ossigeno, procedimento che conferisce il tipico contrasto tra fondo nero lucido e figure rosse. La decorazione raffigura una scena di ambito mitologico-musicale, con figure eleganti e ben proporzionate, accompagnate da fregi geometrici classici.
