Primo Arets of the Netherlands designed this modern beige stool, built from upcycled wood, multiplex and recycled plastic with no glue, weighing 6 kg and measuring 47 cm high by 31 cm wide and 31 cm deep, dating from 2020+, in unused condition.
Description from the seller
This series consists of five stools made from upcycled wood and connected with recycled plastic. No glue was used, only the recycled plastic. After the stools’ end of life, the wood and plastic can be separated. Each stool is a unique combination of different offcuts that I have collected over the years. They are an archive of collected materials. By curating and designing with these materials, I created stools that themselves become an archive. They represent a unique relationship between narrative and identity.
