Single chawan tea bowl by Japanese ceramic artist Asano Yūun, dating to 1980–1990, made of brown clay with transparent and milky glazes, measuring 9.5 cm high and 11.5 cm in diameter (378 g), in good condition with small signs of aging and complete with the original wooden box.

This work is a tea bowl created by ceramic artist Asano Yūun.
Fine grains of stone appear as accents within the piece, while a brown clay body is layered with transparent glaze and milky white glaze, forming a carefully balanced surface.
The bowl is a relatively deep chawan, designed so that matcha retains its warmth more easily during colder seasons.
