Superb and rare pair of Art Deco bronze bookends, on bases of precious wood, possibly Macassar ebony.
The bird sculptures are signed GUY, Edouard GUY, Count of the Passage. (1872-1925), a designer and sculptor recognized from the Art Deco era. They are also engraved "Bronze".
These bookends are in very good condition. Please look at the photos that are part of the description.
Carefully protected and handled.
