The ESP LTD H-1001FR Violet Shadow Fade is a modern rock and metal guitar that boasts elegant looks and versatile tones. Here ESP relies on an elaborate neck-through construction with a three-piece maple neck and mahogany body wings, which form the basis for the intensely drawn top made of curly maple. Furthermore, the comfortable "Thin U" neck profile ensures optimal playability over the entire fingerboard made of Macassar ebony. Elegant accentuations of the Violet Shadow Fade Finish are furthermore formed by iridescent abalone bindings on body and headstock. The combination of a Seymour Duncan Sentient humbucker on the neck and a Seymour Duncan Pegasus on the bridge promises adequate metal sounds with clean differentiation even with trendy drop sounds. Last but not least, the ESP LTD H-1001FR features a Floyd Rose 1000SE double locking tremolo with matching locking saddle and precise LTD locking tuners.
