Antique oak bedside table with a marble top, French, dating to circa 1930–1940, measuring 80 cm high, 44 cm wide and 37 cm deep, in fairly good used condition with minor flaws and a missing drawer knob.

Antique solid oak bedside table – Marble top – Carved decoration – France, 1930–1940
Elegant antique bedside table in solid oak, topped with a marble plaque that combines decorative charm and functionality.
Detailed description.
The furniture consists of:
of an upper drawer (opening button missing),
of an open central niche,
of a lower cabinet with a door adorned with a carved floral pattern,
resting on sculpted cabriole legs.
The stylized vegetal motifs and the sinuous lines evoke a French piece from the first half of the 20th century, in a transitional spirit between late Art Nouveau and provincial Art Deco (approximately 1930–1940).
The marble top protects the surface while adding a touch of classic elegance.
