Neo-Renaissance Eikenhouten Stoel – ca. 1900 – Rijk Gesneden Bladornamentiek – Massief Hout


Fraai uitgevoerde neo-renaissance stoel uit circa 1900, vervaardigd uit massief eikenhout en rijk voorzien van handgesneden blad- en rankornamentiek.

De stoel kenmerkt zich door:
Volledig handgesneden decoraties in hoog reliëf.

Gedraaide voorpoten en tussenregel
Pen-en-gat verbindingen.
Originele constructie met singelbanden onder de zitting.

Latere maar nette herstoffering in zwart kunstleer met siernagels.

De slijtage op de snijvlakken en randen is natuurlijk en passend bij de leeftijd. De stoel staat stevig en is constructief in goede staat.

Dit type stoel werd rond 1880–1910 vervaardigd in Noord-West Europa in renaissance revival stijl en was bedoeld voor representatieve interieurs.

Een karaktervol meubelstuk met uitstraling, geschikt als solitair stuk, bureaustoel of als onderdeel van een historisch interieur.

Conditie:
Goede antieke staat met gebruikssporen passend bij leeftijd. Stoffering is later vernieuwd.
