The compass still looks very good and is cardan-mounted in a handsome compass housing.
The compass works excellently and is thus still perfectly usable on a ship.
The diameter of the compass is 23 cm. At the bottom there is a battery-powered light so it can be read well in the dark and also provides a nice decorative appearance.
Many photos have been added so the condition of the compass can be assessed well. Also a photo with a pen so the size can be determined clearly.
