The 'Briol' design two-seater sofa/ lounger by Cor Germany early 2000's is upholstered in black high quality leather and stands on chrome minimalistic metal legs. It is characterized by its modern design and light appearance but hides some fantastic features! The sides swivel to the front where they click on to magnets to hold them in place and can slide forwards and backwards to serve as footrests. Also there is a hidden lever underneath the side cushions that allow you to tilt the backrest, transforming the sofa into a comfortable two seater lounge unit! There are two extra headrests, they don't match so I assume one was bought later and is maybe not original, but both function normally. The design is beautiful and functional (and also very heavy!). Has some light signs of use consistent with age, please see the fotos as part of the description! New price of this sofa was more then 9000,- euros.
