Rare Vintage Pirelli "Explorer" Open-Circuit Self-Contained Rebreather – 1950s/60s – Complete with Original Case
Incredible find in underwater archaeology: an open-circuit self-contained rebreather model "Explorer", produced by the renowned Italian company Pirelli at the Seregno facility. This piece is not only technical equipment, but a symbol of Italy's golden era of diving, designed under patent by pioneers Novelli and Buggiani.
The unit is presented in its original wooden yellow transport case, complete with an identifying metal plate and rope handles, which greatly increases its collectible value and display appeal.
