AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Heavy nautical navigation lamp from the 19th century. The navigation lamp is made of red copper and brass and, judging by the lamp model, probably from a Dutch manufacturer. The lamp was originally an oil lamp. It is now equipped with new electrical wiring with a black fabric sheath, along with a new socket, plug, switch and matching brass strain relief. To make it a beautiful authentic whole.

The lamp bears signs of decades of use at sea. The Fresnel lens is still fully intact and, in combination with the newly supplied Edison LED lamp, provides a beautiful glow. The new light source is dimmable via a readily downloadable app on a smartphone. The description in several languages and the box of the light source are included. Naturally, you can easily replace the LED lamp with an analogue light source.

This fine piece of maritime history is ready to use as ambient lighting in your interior.
