The TI-83 includes many features, including function graphing, polar/parametric/sequence graphing modes, statistics, trigonometric, and algebraic functions, along with many useful applications.
Processor: Operates on a Zilog Z80 microprocessor with a speed of 6 MHz.
Memory: Features 32 KB of RAM (of which approximately 27 KB is user-friendly) and has no Flash ROM.
Screen: A monochrome LCD screen with a resolution of 96 x 64 pixels, providing space for 8 lines of 16 characters.
Power supply: Operates on 4 AAA batteries and a backup battery to preserve RAM memory when changing the main batteries.
Programming: Supports the TI-BASIC programming language and was the first TI calculator with built-in support for Assembly (Z80) via a hidden menu.
