Description from the seller
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009 expresses and generous interpretation of prestige rosé champagne, shaped by a vintage defined by ripeness, roundness, and seductive aromatic intensity. Crafted exclusively from the 2009 harvest, this champagne brilliantly illustrates Dom Pérignon’s pursuit of balance between power, sensuality, and precision.
The 2009 growing season, marked by warm and sunny conditions, allowed the grapes to reach optimal maturity, resulting in wines that are rich, expressive, and enveloping. Pinot Noir, partially vinified as red wine, brings depth and a broad, fruit-driven structure, while Chardonnay provides freshness and finesse to balance the blend.
The result: a generous, velvety, and harmonious rosé champagne, immediately charming yet structured with real depth.
Characteristics:
• Origin: France (Champagne)
• Grape varieties: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay
• Volume: 75 cl
• Alcohol content: 12.5%
• Tasting notes: A luscious nose of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), fig, and plum, complemented by notes of ripe citrus, sweet spices, and brioche; a full-bodied, round, and silky palate, supported by vibrant freshness, leading to a long, warm, and subtly spiced finish.
A Dom Pérignon Rosé, offering immediate pleasure today while retaining excellent aging potential.
