AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

An antique Pembroke-style occasional table in mahogany and mahogany veneer. Old wooden and brass casters removed because they were damaged, with plans to replace them but not carried out. One caster remains on the piece. A small, ingenious table with two drawers, a trapdoor, and a hidden storage chest beneath the table, the drawer located within the lower part of the drawer frame. Very fine craftsmanship with its two removable shims to hold the doors. The artisan's signature on the back of one of the drawers. A small marquetry restoration is to be planned.
