Original working dry compass by Gebr. Ribbens, Terneuzen, dating to 1850–1900, housed in its original wooden case with a brass rim, glass dial and wooden base, 14 cm compass diameter, cardan suspension, in Goede staat with minor signs of aging and spots, weighing 2.2 kg and measuring 205 × 205 × 120 mm.
