Coleco - ColecoVision - Video game console + games

The console is in excellent cosmetic condition and fully functional; only the second player's controller shows occasional inconsistencies in the fire button, probably the contacts need a cleaning.

After being cleaned and tested it was wrapped in heat-shrink film to best preserve its excellent condition.

Naturally, this is a vintage item of about forty years of age, sold as such; fully functional but with light signs of use and wear.

Together with the ColecoVision the power supply and the two game cartridges Donkey Kong and Mr. Do! will be shipped. The photos were taken on the very day the listing was published.

This console, probably originally destined for the French market, is a rare variant that natively uses a SCART video output. This eliminates compatibility issues with modern televisions and allows a video image that, as the last two photos demonstrate, is comparable to the HDMI view of modern consoles, without distortion or interference.

This ColecoVision comes from my private collection; I am a passionate collector of vintage machines and every piece I put up for sale has been part of my collection, bought by me for myself, completely disassembled, cleaned, serviced, and, where necessary, repaired to bring it as close as possible to its original condition. All of this simply out of passion.
