Description from the seller
Classical guitar in excellent condition. Handmade and signed with a pen autograph by the luthier Juan Estruch. This guitar is entirely built in the historic artisanal workshop of Barcelona, the city where Spain's most important master luthiers are based.
Timber of top quality:
Rosewood for the back, sides, headstock and bridge, German spruce for the soundboard, cedar for the neck and headstock, ebony for the fretboard. Original machine heads.
The beautiful rosette, handcrafted, completes this instrument which is an expression of the finest craftsmanship of those times in Spain.
The sound confirms the expectations, revealing itself deep, aggressive and of great intensity. A guitar that has nothing to envy from the most renowned guitars of the era.
The measurements are: 652 - 54 - 3.5/4.
The guitar presents itself in truly excellent condition, especially considering its age, with a sound of the highest quality in every register. A very slight crack on the back, at the center seam, visible only in side light, which does not require repairs because it is typical for this type of wood and has been absolutely stable for years.
This instrument is aimed at professional guitarists or enthusiasts of Spanish artisanal luthiery from those years and collectors.
It is shipped in a hard case not original (the one in the photo is only an example that may vary), ideal for a long flight in a professional box with protective padding via insured courier.
