Bhu Devi, grand and heavy sculpture in copper alloy cast in lost-wax process and finished by chasing.
Bhu Devi, the second wife of Vishnu and divine lover, is depicted in a classical pose, jeweled on a lotus pedestal, bent and sinuous.
Her right hand offers a lotus flower.
Good condition, beautiful patina, height 42 cm, weight 6.3 kg
