About the artist :
Hidemi Momma is a contemporary Japanese printmaker known for his serene landscape imagery and highly refined silkscreen technique. Active since the late 1990s, he creates Low-edition serigraphs that capture coastal scenery, open skies, and the quiet atmosphere of nature with great sensitivity. Momma works through a labour-intensive process of hand-pulled silkscreen printing, applying many separately registered colour layers to achieve smooth tonal transitions, crisp details, and a painterly depth. His prints, often limited to fewer than ten impressions, are sought after in Japanese print galleries and private collections internationally for their craftsmanship, subtlety, and meditative visual quality.
The print will be send between hardboard and carton plates to prevent any damage in transport. Sending nearly worldwide, insured with tracking post.
