Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2005, a prestigious champagne known for its complex structure and bold character.
Main Features
Vintage: 2005, a year characterised by strong climatic contrasts that produced a limited harvest but of exceptional aromatic maturity.
Olfactory Profile: Tropical notes of guava and curry leaf blend with lemon peel, cocoa and toasted spices.
On the palate: It is structured, solid and enveloping, with a persistent finish that recalls liquorice and bitter red orange.
Colour: Intense pink with amber reflections.
Gastronomic pairings
Raw fish, crustaceans (scampi and lobster) and oysters.
