Heavy porthole with mirror - 7.3 kg! - Bronze

This is truly a beast of a porthole, it weighs well over 7 kg. The bronze edge is 4 cm thick and the two enormous knuckles are 8 cm thick. The knuckles can be rotated open and are now secured on the underside with a nail, see photos. Portholes with a mirror of such heavy quality bronze are not often encountered.

This lot has been carefully cleaned and will be packed, sent by registered mail, and insured (with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment). Pickup in Ridderkerk, South Holland, is also possible. I have some nice hand-ground coffee.
