An old liquid-filled compass hanging in a gimbal ring. The compass has a diameter of 14.5 cm. Made by the well-known Dutch manufacturer Observator." The compass still points north well, but is of course also a beautiful decorative object in a maritime setting. Many photos have been added so that the condition of the compass and its housing can be clearly assessed. Photos are part of the description. The compass will be sent very well packed, insured and by registered mail with a track and trace code. See my other listings as well and possibly save on shipping costs.
