This is a Motorola 8900X, commonly known as the "Big Brother," an iconic mobile phone from the early 1990s and an upgrade to the 8000 series. Testing shows the device can be powered on when plugged in, but it cannot currently be used to make calls; the included single battery is faulty and cannot be charged.
